Delivery Methods

1. DHL Track and Trace

All orders over £50, within the UK, will be sent via DHL track and trace and delivered as outlined above.You will receive a tracking number with your despatch confirmation email and you can use this to monitor the delivery of your order. We also provide a 'text message' service to help you track your order, you can avail of this by adding your mobile number when filling in your address details.

2. Express Delivery

Need your order in a hurry? You can upgrade to next day delivery at the checkout by selecting “Next Day Express” in the shipping options. Please note that Express Delivery is only available Monday -Thursday. If an order is placed before 1pm on a Friday, next day delivery will be Monday. For orders placed after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend, next day delivery will be on a Tuesday.  If there is a Public Bank Holiday in Ireland the delivery day for next day express will be a Wednesday.

*Please note that a signature is required by DHL on delivery. It is paramount that you or a representative is present to ensure delivery. If you are not in when our courier arrives they will leave a calling card. In order to arrange a suitable time for our courier to deliver your goods, please contact the number left on the calling card*

*If you would like to make changes to you delivery please include a mobile/cell phone number when processing your order. You will receive a text from DHL notifying you about your delivery and you will have the ability to choose an alternative delivery address, an alternative delivery date, delivery without signature, etc.*

Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel or number of items ordered. 

Delivery Days

Orders made through Miss Designer Golf will be processed Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with all orders made before 1 pm on the day of purchase being dispatched on that day where possible. Orders will not be processed or dispatched on public holidays within the Republic Of Ireland and delays may occur due to this.

Delivery Points to Note

  • Delivery Exception – The Highlands and the islands of the UK could take an additional few days to arrive due to being transported by ferry.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes and cannot accept responsibility for missing packages if a P.O. box is used in place of a home or work address.
  • Our delivery courier recognises Northern Ireland as the UK and recognises Channel Islands as being separate to the UK. Please ensure that the correct country is selected under billing/shipping details as selecting the incorrect country can delay the order and delivery process.
  • Although we work hard in conjunction with our delivery courier DHL to ensure that your goods reach you on time, every time, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and there may be a slight delay. As such MissDesignerGolf.com accepts no liability for goods that are delivered outside the above delivery times, due to a variety of reasons including lack of product availability, delays from carriers, natural disasters, and any circumstances that are beyond our control or for any other reason. The above are guidelines which we diligently aim to adhere to, to the best of our capabilities.

Important Note

Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country MUST BE PAID ON RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
