Crafted to overcome the most testing course conditions Green Lamb’s expertly detailed Giselle Printed jacket is a stunning hybrid that mixes quilted padded fabric, that’s wind and water resistant, with soft and stretchy fabric panels for a captivating combination. The hood is fully detachable allowing for two looks in one jacket.
Composition: Printed Woven - 100% polyester; Plain woven – 100% nylon: Stretch jersey – 95% polyester/5% elastane

Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard/Express/Air mail service (depending on the service selected).
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up. (We recommend you first ask a neighbour if they have taken delivery, as sometimes parcels can be left with them)
Parcels cannot be delivered on a bank holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Standard Delivery
This is our Royal Mail tracked standard service. We aim to dispatch orders placed using this service the next working day. During busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day - if this happens we will aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible. Delivery for this service will be 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. This service is £4.95 per order, or free of delivery charge if order is worth more than £75 (applies to UK mainland only.)

Express Delivery
This is our Royal Mail tracked express service. Orders placed using this service will be sent the next working day (or that same day if order is placed before 2pm on weekdays) and will be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is £6.99 per order (UK Only)

International
We use Royal Mail for our International Shipping services. You will receive an automatic notification once your order is shipped which includes a tracking number and tracking URL. Please note that while we do our utmost to deliver your purchase within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are estimated (Europe – 7-10 working days, Rest of the World – 7-14 working days).
Returns
If you need to return any items to us we will be happy to accept them back and a refund will be provided as long as the item was delivered within the last 14 days. It is important that returned products are sent back in the best possible condition, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
There will be a returns form sent with all order which will explain the procedure should you wish to return anything back to us. If you require new items you will need to re-order them online at your convenience.
The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. If you happen to have received a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of return postage - please include a copy of the postal receipt in the parcel so we can refund you the postal cost once the items get back to us. In this instance, we will be happy to exchange the item over for you and re-send the correct item.
