Delivery & Returns information


Delivery

Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Standard/Express/Air mail service (depending on the service selected). If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a card informing you of attempted delivery, your parcel will then be taken back to the local Delivery Office, you will then need to take this card to the office and pick it up. (We recommend you first ask a neighbour if they have taken delivery, as sometimes parcels can be left with them) Parcels cannot be delivered on a bank holiday, in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

When we will provide the Products: We will indicate our estimated dispatch timings on the Website. Please note that the dispatch timings indicated on the Website are estimates only.  The timings are not guaranteed times. We will send you an email confirming when your Product has been dispatched which will be within 30 days after the date on which we accept your order.

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control: If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. However, if you have not received your Product within 5 working days of the date we confirm dispatch, please notify our customer services team who will investigate on your behalf.

When you become responsible for the Products: The Products will be your responsibility once they have been delivered to the address indicated in your order.

When you own the Products: You will own the Products once we have received payment from you in full.

If you are not at home when the Product is delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the Products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the Products from a local depot.

If you do not re-arrange delivery: If you do not re-arrange delivery or collect the Products from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract.

Reasons we may suspend the supply of Products to you. We may have to suspend the supply of a Product in specific circumstances and in which case we will contact you. 

Standard Delivery

This is our Royal Mail tracked standard service. We aim to dispatch orders placed using this service the next working day. During busy or holiday periods, dispatch may be delayed by an additional day - if this happens we will aim to get your parcel sent as quickly as possible. Delivery for this service will be 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. This service is £4.95 per order, or free of delivery charge if order is over £75 (applies to UK mainland only.)

Express Delivery

This is our Royal Mail tracked express service. Orders placed using this service will be sent the next working day (or that same day if order is placed before 2pm on weekdays) and will be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This service is £6.99 per order.

International Delivery

Due to the recent changes to export regulations following Brexit we have temporarily suspended shipping on all non-UK orders. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

If you need to return any items to us we will be happy to accept them back and a refund will be provided as long as the item was delivered within the last 30 days. All items returned must be in their original packaging, with their original tag(s) attached and exact condition as sold and received. Items must not show any signs of damage, been worn and must be free from any odours (including cigarette smoke). Items received back in a non-resalable condition will be returned back. All underwear is non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.

There will be a returns form on the reverse of the dispatch note which will explain the procedure should you wish to return anything back to us. If you require new items you will need to re-order them online at your convenience.

The customer is responsible for the postage costs for returning an item. If you happen to have received a faulty item, or the item you have received is not what you ordered, then we will refund you the cost of return postage – please include a copy of the postal receipt in the parcel so we can refund you the postal cost once the items get back to us. In this instance, we will be happy to exchange the item over for you and re-send the correct item.

When we receive your items back it may take 5-7 working days for us to process your refund.
